Treated as a proof of concept for a potential VW customer. A digital takeaway of their configuration, designed in an immersive web experience, at scale.

Overview

As Volkswagen refreshed their brand in 2020, so did their ethos on the customer journey of car buying. ZeroLight we’re required to deliver a proof of concept (that will eventually go into production) of a personalised, customer takeaway of their exact car configuration, that can be scaled to hold as many different car configurations as possible, starting with their flagship electric vehicle (EV); the Volkswagen ID.3.

My Role

Lead Designer - Using Volkswagen’s new brand guidelines, they wanted to see how 3rd parties suppliers can adapt that style to a scalable, customer centric product. Though storytelling, a refined look and feel, interactivity and immersion, we realised their vision through the creation of content plans, wireframes and high-fidelity design.
